1. The promotion

LandWise is giving one eligible Koh Phangan property a complete LandWise Property Explorer, free. The promotion runs for 7 days from 25 August 2026. Entries close at the end of 31 August 2026, Thailand time.

Entering is free and does not require a purchase, a share, a tag or any other social action.

2. Who can enter

An entry is eligible for the free Property Explorer when all of the following are true.

• The property is located on Koh Phangan.
• The property is currently for sale, for rent, or both.
• The property has a completed building or accommodation suitable for a Property Explorer. Bare land without a finished building is not eligible for this prize.
• The built floor area is no more than 200 m².
• You are the owner, the agent, the developer, the property manager, or you are otherwise authorised to put the property forward and to agree to it being captured.
• LandWise is able to reach and capture the property within a reasonable period if it is selected.
• You are 18 or over.

One entry per property. A person or agency with more than one eligible property may enter each of them separately.

An entry that does not meet these conditions is not eligible for the free prize. It is still welcome, it is still recorded, and it still qualifies for the launch offer in section 7. We will tell you at the point of entry if your property falls outside the prize.

3. The prize

One winning property receives a complete LandWise Property Explorer, publicly valued at ฿25,000. It includes an exterior 3D model, a dollhouse view, a full 360° walkthrough, a floor plan with measurements, the interactive Explorer itself, a shareable hosted link that works on desktop and mobile, and 12 months of hosting.

The prize is the Property Explorer build and its 12 months of hosting for one property up to 200 m², to a maximum value of ฿25,000. For reference, the same package at our published prices is ฿26,000 at the largest eligible size. Smaller properties sit at a lower published price, so the value received depends on the property.

The prize covers the standard LandWise Property Explorer as offered at the time of the campaign. It does not include work outside that scope, additional properties, travel outside Koh Phangan, or hosting beyond 12 months. There is no cash alternative, and the prize cannot be sold or transferred without our written agreement.

4. Second and third place

Second place receives 50% off a LandWise Property Explorer. Third place receives 25% off. These are discounts against our published price for the property entered, and they are subject to the same redemption window as section 7.

5. How the winning property is selected

This is not a game of chance and there is no random draw. LandWise selects the winning property from the eligible entries, using the following published criteria.

• How well the property suits a LandWise Property Explorer.
• How the property is likely to present in a 3D model, a dollhouse view and a 360 walkthrough.
• The characteristics of the property itself.
• Whether we can practically capture it, including access, timing and conditions.
• How complete and accurate the entry is.
• How strong a showcase or case study the finished Explorer would make.

The selected property is announced by 3 September 2026. We will contact the entrant using the email and phone number given on the entry. The entrant must respond within 72 hours.

If the entrant does not respond within that time, cannot demonstrate authority to put the property forward, cannot provide access, or cannot otherwise meet these terms, we may select a different eligible property. We may also reject any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, ineligible or inaccessible. Our decision on selection is final.

6. Marketing and case-study rights for the winning property

Accepting the free prize requires permission for LandWise to use the material produced from the property for marketing, portfolio and case-study purposes. This is the condition that makes the prize possible, and it applies only to the winning property.

That material may include photography, 360 imagery, drone imagery, 3D models, dollhouse views, floor plans, screen recordings, Explorer footage, behind-the-scenes capture footage, before and after content, the finished Explorer, and case-study material derived from any of it. We may use it on the LandWise website, in our portfolio, on social media, in reels, in paid advertising, in sales demonstrations and presentations, and in case studies.

We will use the property name or address only where that is appropriate and agreed, or otherwise permissible. If you are entering on behalf of an owner, it is your responsibility to have their agreement to this before you enter.

7. The launch offer for everyone else

Every other eligible entrant receives 20% off a LandWise Property Explorer plus 12 months of hosting free. This is a launch offer for people who entered during this campaign. It is not our public pricing, it applies to a property you entered, and it is open until 10 September 2026.

The offer cannot be combined with the second or third place discounts, and it cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Your information

We collect your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, and the details you give about the property. We use them to run the campaign: to confirm your entry, to assess eligibility, to select and contact the winning property, and to send you the outcome and the launch offer. That is campaign administration, and accepting these terms is what allows it.

Marketing beyond this campaign is separate and optional. It is the second, unticked box on the entry form, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying to any message from us. Not ticking it does not affect your entry in any way.

LandWise is the data controller. How we store, share and retain personal data, the processors we use, and your rights under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act are set out in our privacy policy.

9. General

This promotion is run by LandWise and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, WhatsApp or any other platform on which it appears.

We may amend these terms or withdraw the promotion if circumstances outside our reasonable control require it. If we do, we will say so on the giveaway page. Entering means you accept these terms, together with our general terms of service, which continue to apply to any work we go on to do for you. Thai law applies.
