We map the grounds as well as the building, and that context is usually what turns an interested buyer into one who books a flight.

- How is this different from a virtual tour?
- A tour stops at the walls. We capture the building and the land it sits on, so a buyer can see the approach, the setting, how the plot sits around the house and how the light falls across it. That context is usually what a distant buyer is missing, and it’s the part a tour company can’t produce.
- How long does it take?
- Capture is usually half a day on site for a typical villa. The finished Explorer is normally ready within a week or two, depending on the size of the property and how much of it we’re covering.
- Does the property need to be empty?
- No, but it should look the way you want it to sell. Treat capture day like a viewing: staged, tidy, curtains open. What we capture is what a buyer walks through for the next year.
- What happens if I stop paying the hosting?
- The link stops working. We’ll tell you well before it does, and you can restart at any time without recapturing. The annual fee keeps it live and maintained, so it isn’t a licence fee for something you already own.
- Can I put it on my own listing or send it to an agent?
- Yes. It’s a link, so it drops into a listing page, an email or a WhatsApp message. Plenty of owners send it to several agents at once, and it works the same in all of them.
- What happens when the property sells?
- Most owners let it lapse at renewal, and some hand it to the buyer, who tends to keep it for the floor plans and measurements. Either is fine, and there’s nothing to cancel beyond telling us.
- My property is larger than 750 m². What then?
- We quote it properly rather than guessing. The bands cover most villas; above that the honest answer depends on the layout and how many buildings are involved, so we’ll look at it and give you a fixed figure.
Worth knowing
Measurements are indicative and meant for presentation and planning. They’re accurate enough for a buyer to judge whether a room works, and they aren’t a certified survey, so nothing here should be relied on for legal or boundary purposes.
