What the fee actually is
You’re not buying a discount. You’re closing a department.
Doing this properly in-house means a drone operator, someone who can edit and process what they capture, hosting that stays up, and somebody to keep it all working when it breaks. Most agencies don’t want that, so listings stay as photographs.
The fee replaces all of it with one predictable number, and your partner rate on every listing comes with it.

At six listings, the hosting alone more than covers the fee. Everything else the platform does is on top of that, and every listing after the sixth widens the gap. If twelve months is more than you want to commit to yet, Monthly is the way in — but it costs more, not less, at every volume, and we would rather tell you that now than have you work it out at renewal.

Each listing is created and billed separately at your partner rate for its size. The fee is what buys that rate.
What it costs in practice
An agency with 6 listings a year on Annual pays the ฿30,000 platform fee, then each listing at the partner rate for its size. A 400 m² villa runs ฿22,000 instead of ฿27,500. Hosting for every live listing is included, where a single property pays ฿6,000 a year on its own.
Listings are priced by building size. Above 750 m² the rate continues at ฿40 per extra m².

- Will you compete with us?
- No, and we can’t. We don’t sell property, we don’t take commission and we never hold the buyer relationship. Your buyer contacts you, not us. That independence is the reason an Explorer strengthens your listing rather than sitting alongside it as a rival.
- What does each listing actually cost on top of the fee?
- Each listing is priced by the size of the building and billed at your partner rate, from ฿12,000 on Annual. The fee is what buys that rate. Portfolio-wide hosting is included, where a single property pays ฿6,000 a year on its own.
- How much work is this for my team?
- Send us the property and a contact for access. We handle capture, production and hosting, and send back a link. Nobody on your side needs to learn software, and nothing has to be installed on your website for it to work.
- What happens if we stop paying?
- The whole portfolio goes dark. We’ll warn you well before it does, and everything comes back if you restart without needing to recapture. We’d rather say that plainly now than have you discover it at renewal.
- Annual or Monthly?
- Annual is cheaper at every volume, not just at high volume, because it saves two months on the fee and carries the deeper rate on every listing. Monthly exists for agencies that want to try it without a twelve-month commitment. Move from Monthly to Annual within 3 months and the ฿7,500 setup comes off in full.
