LandWise Stay · Koh Phangan

Know the villa
before you arrive.

Walk through the rooms, understand the layout, and see the real property — then decide where you want to stay.

The best angles are not the whole place.

A photograph makes you want to go. It is chosen, framed and lit to do exactly that, and there is nothing wrong with it — it is how you fall for a villa in the first place. What it cannot tell you is what is on the other side of the door, how far the third bedroom is, or whether the terrace you liked is the one attached to the kitchen.

The whole property. It creates the confidence — every room, where it actually is.

Explore before you arrive

Do not take our word for it. Open one.

This is a real villa on Koh Phangan, captured by us. Press play, then move through it — the terrace, the living pavilion, the bedrooms. Turn it, lift the roof off, read the floor plan.

Shades of Blue, Srithanu. It is here so you can see what exploring a villa is actually like — its rates and dates are placeholders until its owner confirms them, so treat it as the experience rather than as an offer.

Four steps, and the third one is optional.

01

Discover

Find a villa that suits the dates, the group and the part of the island you want to be on.

02

Explore

Walk through it before you commit — the rooms, the layout, the outdoor space, the way it all connects.

03

Check dates

Where the villa’s calendar is connected, check the nights you want before you write to anyone.

04

Enquire

Send the enquiry. The booking continues with the people who run the villa, and we are here if you need us.

What you get that a listing does not give you.

It is the real villa

The walkthrough is made from the property itself, on site. Nothing is generated, and no room is left out because it photographs badly.

The layout makes sense

Which bedroom is next to which, how far the third one really is, whether the kitchen opens onto the terrace — before you arrive, not after.

Dates you can check

Where a villa’s calendar is connected we read it, so you are not offered nights that have already gone.

We are on the island

LandWise is on Koh Phangan. If you want help choosing between two villas, you are asking someone who has stood in both.

Bedrooms, how many a villa sleeps, amenities and rates come from the owner or manager. The capture is ours, and it shows the property as it is.

On Koh Phangan, if you need us.

Tell us when you are coming, how many of you there are and what matters — a pool you can swim lengths in, a road a hire car can manage, somewhere quiet enough to work. If we have the right villa we will walk you through it. If we do not, we will say so.

Questions guests ask.

What is LandWise Stay?

A small collection of Koh Phangan villas we have physically captured, so you can walk through one before you decide to book it.

Are the walkthroughs of the real villa?

Yes. Every one is made on site, in the property itself. If we have not been there, it is not a LandWise Stay villa.

How does availability work?

Most villas already keep a calendar on the channels they use. Where the owner shares theirs, we read it so you are not shown nights that have gone. It is a periodic read rather than live sync, so treat it as a good guide and confirm the dates in your enquiry.

Do I book through LandWise?

We help you find the villa, understand it and get in touch. The booking is then completed with the villa’s owner or manager, and you pay them — not us.

Does it cost me anything?

Exploring a villa and sending an enquiry is free. What you pay for the stay is the villa’s own rate, agreed with the people who run it.

Where do the villa details come from?

Facts such as bedrooms, how many it sleeps, amenities and rates come from the owner or manager. The spatial capture is ours, and it shows the property as it actually is.
